Our Customer Service department is available 18 hours a day, on all week days. We strive to solve all customer Publicator issues within a 24 hour response time, however in most cases we manage to do it much quicker, often with a few hours.

Nominations for the Zmags Award takes place every month. The goal is to promote extraordinary collateral to inspire other users. The nominated Zmag will be famed through promotion in Zmags newsletters, within this community and as a key reference in Zmags overall marketing.

To nominate a cool Zmag you can either send a link to award@zmags.com or you can post your nomination in the Zmags Awards forum, in this Community.

Yes, there is no fee when using content that is shared within the Zmags Community.

The folder entitled Flash Elements, under Share and Promote in the forum, is a great place to share your Flash work. Simply create a new thread with a short description of your component and include a link to a live sample. For simplicity please save your project as a zip file and upload it when creating the new thread.

Zmags holds no responsibility for content generated by other users works in all environment. Please test any Flash components carefully before deploying it on a live Zmag.

In each forum thread you can find a subscribe link. Clicking this link gives you various options to subscribe to the content. You will be notified via email when posts are added to thread.

The same feature is available on the blog. You can also subscribe to the blog using an RSS feed.
